The Association of Foreign Investors in Moldova (FIA) participated on the 24th of December, 2024 in the ordinary meeting of the Dispute Resolution Council within the National Agency for Food Safety (ANSA).
The agenda of the meeting included the examination of the preliminary request submitted by a company, regarding the cancellation of the ANSA control delegation, as well as the establishment of the nullity of the results of the control carried out under its authority.
FIA Moldova was represented by Mrs. Inga Pascal, Project Manager.
