Another round of public consultations on the Draft law amending the Labor Code

A new round of public consultations on the Draft law amending the Labor Code was held in Parliament on 7 June.

The meeting was attended by the authors of the legislative initiative, representatives of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, Trade Unions, Representatives of the Employers, and business associations.

The negotiations were laborious, their purpose being to modernize the provisions of labor law, adapting the relations between the Employer and the Employee to the realities of an efficient market economy.
