Promoting gender equality - Moldindconbank

Moldindconbank promotes gender equality in the financial sector in Moldova and financial education at national level.

The bank’s First Vice-Chairwoman of the Management Board, Tzvetanka Kroumova, supported the launch of the project “Women in Finance” by UN Women Moldova, in collaboration with Finedu Moldova, with the financial support of Sweden and the support of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Moldova.

This project aims to close the gender gap in sensitive areas such as finance, in particular adjusting the level of women’s salaries, their involvement in management and financial education of a generation of young women better prepared to face the challenges in this sector.
