Early Career Guidance - DRÄXLMAIER Group Moldova

DRÄXLMAIER Bălți factory repeatedly welcomed a group of pupils from the 6th grade of the “Mihai Eminescu” Theoretical High School in Bălţi.

At their first experience of visiting the production factory when they were in the 1st grade, at that time the pupils were curious and impressed by the technologies, the large number of employees, and the enormous dimensions of the production spaces.

Thus, to make their second visit more interactive, several activities were organized, including: factory tour, robot making and soldering hammer activities. The children also had the opportunity to interact with the employees, ask questions and observe the production processes.
